Data processing
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 was effective 25 May 2018, and therefore FDE has adjusted our basis of agreement with our customers by adding the Data Processor Agreement as an appendix to our commercial agreements.
The Data Processor Agreement must be entered in order to ensure that both our customers and we comply with applicable legislation.
Please note, that our commercial terms and conditions remain unchanged and consistent.
